- 6 oz. greek yogurt (I like to use plain or vanilla)
- 1 tsp. espresso powder (ground coffee, instant coffee - whatever you have on hand)
- 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 banana (small or ½ of a large, cut into small pieces and frozen)
- 1/8 cup milk (depending on desired consistency, almondmilk is great!)
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Not bad, but not as good as I expected. The greek yogourt makes it taste a bit tart, and the mocha flavor doesn't come out right. Not enough chocolate and coffee IMO. The sweetness is fine, but it does taste a little like banana. The consistency was all right.
