- 2 red chilies (Thai, finely chopped, or substitute 1/2 tsp. or more dried crushed chili)
- 3 tsp. lime juice
- 3 tsp. soy sauce (thin)
- 3 tsp. palm sugar (or granulated sugar, or honey)
- 1 gala apple (large, or green apple, with skin on, cleaned, sliced or roughly shredded, or green mango, peeled and roughly shredded)
- 1 medium zucchini (skin on, cleaned, sliced or roughly shredded, core discarded)
- 1 medium carrot (peeled, shredded)
- 1/3 cup green beans (sliced)
- 2 small tomatoes (cut into thin wedges or strips)
- 1 tsp. dry roasted peanuts (optional)
- 1 cup shrimp (peeled and deveined, optional, patted dry and grill over high heat until fully cooked. Chop up 1 tablespoon of the cooked shrimp.)
