  • 3 teaspoons soy sauce (thin)
  • 3 teaspoons palm sugar (or granulated sugar, or honey)
  • 1 gala apple (large, or green apple, with skin on, cleaned, sliced or roughly shredded, or green mango, peeled and roughly shredded)
