- 6 cups stone fruit (sliced {I used peaches, pluots + nectarines, you can use a medley of whatever you’d like})
- 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups blanched almond flour ({I used Honeyville Blanched Almond Flour})
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 cup honey (raw local)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup raw cashews (that has been soaked in room temperature in water for 4 hours)
- 1/2 Tbsp. honey (raw local)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 7 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk ({or preferred source of milk})
