Toss mixed greens with apples, dried cranberries, Cheddar cheese and glazed walnuts for a salad to serve when you're entertaining this fall and winter.

- 1/4 cup apple cider
- 3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. McCormick Apple Pie Spice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 apple (such as Fuji or Gala, with skin on, thinly sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 8 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (julienne-cut)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup glazed walnuts (Apple Pie Spice)

Directions
- For the Apple Pie Vinaigrette, mix apple cider, vinegar, brown sugar and apple pie spice in small bowl with wire whisk. Gradually add oil, whisking until well blended.
- For the Salad, cover apple slices with cold water. Add lemon juice. Let stand until ready to serve. Toss lettuce, drained apples, cheese and cranberries in large bowl. Drizzle with vinaigrette; toss lightly. Divide among salad plates. Sprinkle with glazed walnuts.
