This was perfection. May need to be a smidge sweeter. Ate this on some drier gluten free muffins I’d made to pep them up, and with some hot gluten free breakfast cereal.

Very good, I served as dessert with vanilla ice cream. Not to sweet. The next morning served over yogurt for breakfast. Yummy and so easy.
