- nonstick cooking spray (for greasing)
- 2 cups all purpose flour (plus more for dusting)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup sour cream (room temperature)
- 1 large egg (room temperature)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups rhubarb (finely chopped)
- 1 cup lemon pie filling (prepared from a box mix, I happened to have canned lemon so that's what I used. 2 cups only)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (FYI not in the recipe but I wanted to use lemon juice as well)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted and cooled, I didn\'t melt mine, only room temperature)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
