Very good. The roasted vegetables made this dish very statifying with the slightly sweet dreasing.

The sauce is the best part! I might add some lemon juice next time. We also added red onion to the sheet pan... seems easy to add in whatever you have on hand.

My daughter and I love the dressing!! It makes the bowl. We have roasted sweet potato & broccoli many times in the past, but always ate it dry with rice. Kind of bland, right? This dressing has transformed the dish. We also added chopped spinach (with the water squeezed out) to the rice bowl. Yum!!

this is so good! I didn't have tahini so I used a bit of peanut butter and added a few chickpeas just for the protein. loved the sauce and the combination of ingredients. I'll repeat it :)

This recipe is a hit in our family! I added chickpeas and steamed the veggies without oil instead of roasted. Left out the honey in the sauce bc we’re vegan and it was excellent regardless. Added beets we found at the farmers market that were fermented in cinnamon and sesame - amazing.

So simple, so good, so comforting, and so healthy. Easy too. My husband and three-year old loved it. It's gonna be a staple in our house.
