i used egg tofu instead of the soup one and i added an egg which made everything complete
i added a bit of salt cus i didnt put enough chicken cube (replacement for dashi)

I always forget the portioning for 2 servings, so this is now my go-to reference when I forget. :) Her website also includes ingredient combinations to give you ideas, if you're thinking about what to put into your miso soup.

I couldn't believe how easy it is to make high quality miso soup. definitely worth the small amount of time and effort!
