This was great! I cooked the salmon on the stove top, sauce runs out by the time you do the broccoli step, so made some more, I went with a partial blend for the salmon.
What would I change? Don’t make everything with the same sauce, keep the shredded cabbage a fresh citrusy flavor to complement the miso/tamari flavors from the roasted potatoes and broccoli.
