- 14 oz. skin on salmon fillet
- 2 Tbsp. white miso
- 1 Tbsp. sake
- 1 Tbsp. mirin
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. white sesame seeds (black and, optional)
- 1 scallion (for garnish, optional)

Directions
- Mix all ingredients for marinade in a large bowl (Miso - Sesame Oil).
- Place the salmon in the bowl, skin side up. Spoon marinade and coat the salmon skin. Cover and keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Set the oven broiler to high and preheat 3 minutes. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Remove excess marinade from the salmon as miso burns easily. Broil salmon for 10-12 minutes, depending on thickness, until salmon is cooked through.
- Top salmon with sesame seeds and thinly sliced scallion.
