- vegetable stock (or vegan-friendly chicken-flavoured stock like this one)
- soy sauce (or tamari)
- rice wine vinegar (or any other type of vinegar, totally optional)
- Tahini (for that delicious sesame creaminess, optional too)
- 4 stalks green onion (optional)
- 1 brown onion (medium-size, thinly sliced)
- 4 cloves garlic (peeled and finely chopped)
- 1 knob ginger (peeled and finely chopped, optional)
- 3 Tbsp. miso paste (or to taste)
- 3 Tbsp. Tahini
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce (or tamari)
- 1 dash rice wine vinegar (or any other vinegar,, optional)
- 1 dash chilli flakes (as desired)
- 1 liter vegetable stock (liquid, or stock of choice)
- olive oil (as needed)
- 4 ramen noodles (serves dried)
- 600 grams firm tofu (thinly sliced or as desired)
- 2 carrots (medium-size, peeled and julienned)
- 4 heads bok choy (halved)
- olive oil (as needed)
