- 1 cup ghee
- 1 Tbsp. sweet white miso
- 4 dates
- 4 cups brussels sprouts (outer damaged leaves removed, halved)
- sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. ghee (plain, or neutral coconut oil - soft)
- 4 tsp. ghee (miso-date, at room temperature, from above, plus more for serving)
- 1/4 cup pecans (toasted and crushed)
