- 4 bowls broth (for serving, a saucepan for the, a chargrill pan or BBQ grill)
- 12 eggs
- 1/2 Tbsp. miso paste (Dashi)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp. cream
- 1 cup chicken stock (low salt)
- 1 Tbsp. miso (Dashi)
- 6 slices pickled ginger (pink Japanese, plus extra for serving, you could use some fresh finely sliced for flavour if you don't have pink pickled ginger)
- 500 grams pulled pork (from Murray valley, warmed before use)
- 1 head broccoli (sliced, approx 200 gm)
- 1 Spanish onion (cut into 8 leaving the core in so the pieces stay whole)
- 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 bunch coriander (picked in to sprigs)
- 4 Tbsp. roasted sesame seeds (with dried wakami seaweed)
- 1/2 cup Kewpie (or home-made, Japanese mayonnaise)
