- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup miso paste
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. mirin
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- 2 cups shishito peppers
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- cilantro (for topping, optional)
- green onions (for topping, optional)
- sesame seeds (for topping, optional)

Directions
- Prepare the pork chops by seasoning them with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the pork chops to the air fryer and cook for 6 minutes.
