- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 cups mirlitons (peeled, seeded and 1/2-inch diced, about 2 large mirlitons)
