- 2 bananas (ripe)
- 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk (I use this brand)
- 1/3 cup coconut butter (melted, or coconut manna or coconut cream concentrate)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted, this is my favourite kind)
- 2 cups fresh spinach (packed)
- 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves (packed)
- 1 tsp. peppermint extract (I used this one)
- 2 tsp. spirulina powder (buy here, omit for SCD)
- 3 Tbsp. gelatin (Great Lakes Collagen Hydrolysate grassfed, the green container - buy here)
