Description
Mamma Mia, Minnie's on a roll with these amazing meatballs. Baked in the oven then simmered in sauce, you can serve them with pasta or topped with cheese on a grinder roll.
Ingredients

- 32 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 lb. ground beef (85% lean)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. dried oregano (crushed)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions
- Heat oven to 425ºF. Lightly grease a baking sheet
- Measure 1/2 cup of tomato sauce from the jar into a large mixing bowl, and pour the rest into a large saucepan. Set the pan aside
- Add the other ingredients to the mixing bowl, and mix everything together (with a wooden spoon or by hand) until well blended. Shape the mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
- Arrange the meatballs on the baking sheet, and bake them for 8 minutes. Remove the tray from the oven, and use a spatula or thongs to turn the meatballs over.. Continue baking them until the outsides are brown and they are cooked through.
- Remove from the baking sheet and put in the pan with the sauce, simmer for about 15 minutes and serve.
