- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 pkg. knorr roasted turkey gravy mix
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed (optional)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 3 cups turkey
- 2 cups green peas and carrots
- 4 pastry shell

Directions
- Heat olive oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook onions, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until softened. Stir in Knorr® Roasted Turkey gravy mix blended with water, wine and thyme. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
- Add turkey and green peas and carrots and cook 3 minutes or until heated through. Serve in pastry shells or split biscuits.
