- 14.75 oz. corn (Fire Roasted, if you can't find it, sometimes you can find it frozen or just use regular sweet corn. Or fire roast your own fresh corn!)
- 15 oz. black beans (Bush's)
- 2 Roma tomatoes (diced)
- 5 garlic cloves (minced or crushed)
- 2 jalapenos (diced)
- 1 bunch cilantro (chopped)
- 2 limes
- 1/2 red onion (diced)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt (to taste)
- 1 lb. ground beef (/turkey/your choice)
- garlic (I use two crushed cloves)
- 1/2 brown onion (diced)
- seasoned salt (to taste)
- tortilla chips (I like the scoop shaped ones)
- black bean
- roasted corn salsa
- avocado (Diced, optional)
- sour cream (optional)
- shredded cheese (optional)
