- 1/2 baguette (cut into 16 thin slices)
- 1/3 cup thousand island salad dressing (low fat)
- 150 grams corned beef (shaved lean)
- 1/3 cup sauerkraut
- 500 mL bean (Matt & Steve's The Extreme, garlic and dill flavour)
- 8 slices swiss cheese (I use reduced fat cheese)
- 3 canola oil (short sprays of, for greasing the baking sheet, I use my Misto Oil Sprayer for this job!)
