I made these for a party about 4 years ago and they were a big hit! I am about to make them for another party and had to search for this recipe as I am inundated with wonderful pages of recipes but lost this one! Thank goodness you still had this up! Thanks!

I used crescent rolls for this recipe, and although it came out a little toasty, they were still very good! I forgot to add the cheese on the bottom, so Gruyère was melted on top of the singular one.
You can do this with or without the crust, I found. If you’re going to use crescent rolls like I did, definitely cover about 20 mins in.

These turned out great! Simple and delicious. I loved making different combinations with the filling.

To make a full-sized quiche, I increased by 1 egg and another 1/4 milk. Added 2T thyme. Substituted 1/2 & 1/2 for milk. Increased cook time to 35 minutes. So great! Also I made pie crusts from scratch-so much better than pre made
