really fulfilled my craving for pork buns from my local dim sum place during lockdown. I've already made this twice and I'm obsessed, it's delicious. The sauce is very sweet which i love.
my biggest mistake was leaving way too much fat on the pork one of the times, so look out for that.
very much recommend!
