- 1 1/4 cups oat flour (150 g)
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup (120 mL, I used Grade B for more flavor, agave will work too)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (w/no added oils or sugars, mine only has salt added, you can sub w/almond butter or sunbutter)
- 2 Tbsp. unsulphured molasses
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life brand, 75 g)
- 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt (optional)

- nut (Please keep in mind that I cannot vouch for results when using subs in my recipes.
