- 1/4 tsp. bicarbonate of soda
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil (sunflower/)
- 4 Tbsp. raw cane sugar (you can use the normal sugar too)
- 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 icing sugar (tblsps of, with a little lemon juice to make a free flowing icing)
- lemon zest (a little, for sprinkling on the top of the icing, optional)
