- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Thai chili (small, seeded and finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. za'atar
- 2/3 cup dried chickpeas (or 15oz can)
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda (if using dried)
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice (2-)
- 1 clove garlic (grated on a rasp)
- 1 pinch kosher salt (or to taste)
- 1/3 cup ice water (approx 1/4 to)
- extra virgin olive oil (serve with, drizzled over the top)
- 12 serrano (chilis, seeded and chopped, if you want it smoking hot, leave a few of them whole)
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro (washed and chopped)
- 6 cloves garlic (peeled and chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 6 cardamom pods (about 5 or)
- 1 lemon (juice of)
