So yummy!!! Perfect breakfast bite to make ahead of time, either breakfast sausage or bacon work well too!

Excellent! A little more compact than a traditional frittata and good for on the go. It usually takes two to hold me. Vary ingredients as you like. : )

Used bacon instead of sausage, and added some more veggies. A good base for mixing and matching with your favorite veggies / meats.

Loved it!
Made it exactly as directed, except added garlic with the onions and fresh, chopped parsley with the salt and pepper. I made it with bacon and it was a tiny bit on the salty side, but it was a hit. Id definitely make it again.

I loved this recipe, but I made mine with red and yellow bell peppers, celery, sweet onion and Italian spicy sausage. I highly recommend this for a Sunday Brunch with a delicious mimosa! 👍🏼👍🏼
