OMG! Fantastic! Stuck with the recipe except used Rotel chopped tomatoes with green chili’s (I was out of fresh). Next time will try more of a caprese flavor.

Really yummy! I changed black pepper and instead added cayenne and cooked it for 20 minutes instead of 15 minutes. Tastes great!

POSITIVELY AWESOME! My picky 13 year old loves them. We now vary the ingredients - we use spinach, pepperoni and tomato for Mini Pizza cups.
