- 14 oz. tomato passata
- 14 oz. tomatoes (in pieces)
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1/2 tsp. flaky sea salt
- chili flakes (some, optional)
- 250 grams orecchiette pasta
- 4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese (plus more for serving)
