Minestrone soup recipes Italian cuisine. Soup with lot of vegetable ingredients. This is one of the most common dishes in Italy. This soup put all vegetables, which is at hand exactly in season. Summer and fall add to the soup fresh vegetables. In winter and spring you can even put frozen vegetables.
