- 15 oz. cannellini beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
- 1/2 cup french green beans (cut into ½ in pieces)
- 315 grams small shell pasta (cups of)
- 150 grams red potatoes (cup of, skin on, diced the same size as your shell pasta)
- 10 cups vegetable broth (2 liters + 480 ml of)
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 3 cloves garlic

- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cracked pepper (freshly)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated for garnish, 1 tbsp per person, optional)
- 1/2 cup Italian parsley (fresh, chopped, for garnish, 1 tbsp per person, optional)
