- 2 zucchinis (8-inch long, chopped to ½ inch cubes)
- 2 cups fresh green beans (cut to 1-inch pieces)
- 1 bunch kale (tough stalks removed and rough chopped)
- 3 bay leaves
- kosher salt (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (fresh)
