- 250 grams ground beef (replaceable with Bison or Horse if you are in Europe)
- 1 fennel
- 2 carrots
- 1 stalk celery
- 30 grams kabocha squash (or Pumpkin)
- 1/4 tsp. Himalayan salt
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric
- water (as needed)
- 2 Tbsp. bone marrow (replaceable with Olive Oil)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. arrowroot (or Tapioca Flour)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (warm)
- 1/4 cup broth (warm, or warm Water)
- 1/4 tsp. Himalayan salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder (Dehydrated)
- 1/8 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
