It was ok, not sure if we liked the sour cream or maybe it was the cream cheese. We also added garlic powder to give it more flavor.

Made recipe as instructed and it turned out great!! We didn’t think it was too cheesy like other reviews, but to each their own. I believe I used about a half cup more pasta than called for, though, because my layers looked too thin and provolone w/shredded cheese in the gaps on top due to what was on-hand. We are definitely adding to our dinner rotation!

I added hamburger to this casserole. When I cooked the hamburger (1 lb) I added some onion powder, garlic salt, little kosher salt, fresh ground pepper, and paprika. Drain. I used half the amount of noodles and about the same amount of spaghetti sauce (maybe a little more). I layered all the noodles, then hamburger, cheese sauce, spaghetti sauce, then cheddar cheese. I didn’t repeatedly layer it like lasagna. Really, really good, but my husband says to use ricotta next time, instead of cottage cheese. See how that turns out, but I love it, even with the cottage cheese. The way I made it can feed about 6-8 people, and that’s only using half the noodles. It’s a lot.

I actually really liked this better than your classic spaghetti! I didn’t use a full 0.8 oz of cheesecream only about half, and I used mozzarella instead & it still came out great. Used more sauce than recipe called for. Will probably make again

great very cheesy though, so either use more pasta, more sauce, or both!

Very easy to make and delicious. Like another reviewer doubled the cheese mixture to help layer it like lasagna. Also doctored the cheese mixture with Italian herbs, garlic salt and white pepper. Very yummy!

My son and I loved this dish. I reduced the spaghetti sauce to 16 oz instead of the 28 oz since my son isn't huge on spaghetti sauce. I increased the noodles to 4 cups cooked noodles, which is 2/3 of a 1 lb (16 oz) box of dry noodles. Instead of 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, I increased it to 1 full cup (8 oz). We loved the cheesy creaminess of this dish and will definitely make it again. Perfect and delicious!

I give it four stars for a few reasons. First, I think people will prefer to add some meat or veggies into it, which I've done and it's a lot better. Another reason is that it needs more seasoning. Adding some onion and garlic powder to the mixed cheeses makes a world of difference. Another reason is it is way too much. This is A LOT of casserole. You can take it to an event and feed 15 people because it is so filling. That's how much it is. I suggest cutting the amount in half if you're a family of four, even five. Last reason and probably the most significant. It is way too cheesy. The cheeses blended together taste amazing, but it just needs more sauce. Like not a little bit, A LOT more sauce. I double the amount of sauce guys. Baking it in the oven already reduces the sauce. Then you have all these cheeses in there. More sauce, I promise! You do all of this and it's golden. I have made this recipe 3 times and figured all this out. It is my favorite way to eat spaghetti and great for picky eaters (as long as you leave out the veggies). I'm so glad I found this recipe and I hope my advice helps everyone to enjoy it!!

It was really yummy!! Very rich!!! I will be making it again very soon! My oldest is really picky with food(I can’t get her to eat anything) and she ate 2 plates!!! If you don’t like a lot of cream cheese or cottage cheese just reduce it!

Too much cream cheese/cottage cheese. Not enough substance

The spaghetti got very dried up as there was no liquid in the mix. I think the heat could reduce and so the time or else there should have been some liquid

Turned out really well even better the next night for leftovers. This is a good option for meal trains especially for those who are vegetarians. Seems like this would freeze well too.
