I made this for my friends; and even tho I made quite a large portion, I was left with no leftovers. It was simply delicious!

This was delicious! Very easy to put together. I used a whole pound of cooked spaghetti, and I used reduced fat cream cheese and light sour cream. Topped with mozzarella instead of cheddar. Similar to another baked spaghetti recipe that I have, but I like that this is meatless. I did serve with a side of sausage, but it would have been fine without it. I got 12 servings, and they were generous.

Perfect, packed the leftovers in son and daughters work lunches until it was gone. Rich, flavorful, and easy to make, what else do you need?😀

This was good but rich. I didn’t want seconds and I’m not sure it’s great for leftovers.

Great recipe. I added a little garlic, onion and adobo powders as well as pepper to the cheeses. I omitted the sharp cheese on top and replaced it with thinly sliced sausage. Turned out great. Very rich and filling.

It turned out ok! I think I would add some garlic and some seasonings to this if I made it again.

I did not have cottage or ricotta cheese so I used a bechamel and made a meat sauce, we really liked and it was quick to assemble.

I made this casserole with my two daughters along with fresh cheesy garlic bread. It turned out wonderful! The directions were easy to follow, the casserole was cheesy, and delicious! It was a great dinner with leftovers for the next day! We will definitely make it again.

It was delicious and very easy to make. I'll be making it again for sure. Next time I may use ricotta cheese instead of the cottage cheese like one person said they did. It's great with what the recipee calls for though. Mom loved it too. Thanks for a great recipee.

This recipe was good. I tweaked it in small ways (not so much cream cheese and added ricotta cheese instead of cottage cheese and sour cream) I also added shredded Italian cheeses to the recipe and on top before baking. I wanted to make a bigger batch with more servings so I did and it made it a bit dry. You can add sauce to the recipe which will help but we just added more sauce to the dish when re- heating leftovers.
