- 1 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 large egg
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter (very soft)
- 6 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. bread flour
- 1 egg (any size, mixed with a splash of water, for egg wash, optional)
