Amazingly yummy! Added to my favs! Other than extra oil, I followed everything exactly and no extra flavoring/depth needed, which is usually a problem for me. I couldn’t find golden raisins so used black currants instead and they worked great imo. Love that it’s vegan! But if wanting a meat meal I imagine it would be fantastic with chicken or meatballs or sausage…. But as is it’s light yet perfectly satisfying.
PS. Since I love onions I would add more for extra toppings.
