Very quick and easy to make, but you have to work fast because this brittle sets up quick once you start to pour onto the cookie sheet. In the end I microwaved for 2 minutes with peanut brittle and 1 minute for cashew brittle. Cashews seem to have a lower burning temp. Recipe is true for a 1000 watt micro wave. Yum:)
