Description

g to be nonstick; otherwise you'll need to dust the pan with breadcrumbs (or flour) before pouring in the batter. Yogurt makes this cocoa-powder cake exceptionally moist. Serve dusted with powdered sugar.

Yogurt and oil make this a moist cake, and coffee really brings out the flavor of the chocolate. It's perfect for summertime when you don't want to turn the oven on!
