Super Yummy --
Substituted prepared coffee for the water and added in some semi-sweet morsels. Served with a scoop of ice cream on top, topped with strawberry sauce and then added whipped cream -- it was delicious and decadent, my kids enjoyed making their own as a Valentines treat!
There is many possibilities for this simple recipe.
FYI- I hate cooking anything in the microwave, so 5 stars on a microwave recipe is a big deal for me.

Didn't have regular cocoa on hand, but we used special dark Hershey's cocoa and it worked great! It was a bit rich, but I may come back to change the rating once we try it with regular cocoa
