very nice, soaked some prawns in margarita, garlic and chilli for an hour and added to the rice mix. worth doing again

Delicious... i did some changes... Because I did not have all the ingredients ... no chicken broth no tomato paste no minced garlic.. used chicken bouillon with tomato and garlic powder... still was extremely delicious

I was very skeptical of cooking the flavoring separately but it came out perfectly. Loved it and will make again.

It turned out pretty well! I adjusted the cumin and lime juice to taste, but otherwise followed the recipe. It's my first time making this dish, though, so I don't have much to compare it to. My boyfriend was into it!

The rice turned out fine, I would suggest cooking the actual rice with more flavor to build depth. Needed a far amount of seasoning to make it taste right.

This rice dish is very authentic and easy! Enjoyed by my whole family, some after adding hot sauce. We had it with fajitas, but would pair nicely with any Spanish or South of the border style dish.
