- 1 whole star anise
- 3 whole cloves
- 3 whole all spice
- 3 whole cardamom pods (bruised)
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk (or almond milk or oat milk or evaporated milk or media crema)
