- 15 oz. hominy (drained)
- 1 1/2 lb. cooked chicken (leftover, roughly shredded or chopped)
- 1/2 cup pearl onions (frozen, thawed)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- Egg wash (1 egg beaten with a little milk or water)
