Description
This comes from my diverse family, with roots in Norway and Mexico. It's basically Stroganoff in burrito format. I thought of it while smoking weed and it has since become a family fave.
Ingredients

6 SERVINGS
- 2 lb. steaks (thin)
- 1 Tbsp. ancho chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 8 oz. mushrooms (chopped)
- 1 chopped onion
- table cream (Mexican, Crema to taste)
- garlic (to taste)
- tortillas (Homemade is best)
- butter (for sauteeing)

Directions
- Cut all the meat up into thin strips. Chop mushrooms and onions.
- Cook the onions and mushrooms in butter until soft and starting to brown. Remove from pan, add in the meat. When the meat is just barely done cooking, add the onions and mushrooms back in.
- Add the ancho chili powder, parsley, creama, and garlic. Stir to ensure even distribution of spices and crema.
- Warm tortillas, and serve with the stroganoff mixture family style.
