    Good. Not as spicy as iI thought it would be. Not a tomato guy so I left those out.

    Fantastic. I used frozen corn and just browned it in a skillet with avocado oil, sat & pepper, and I added some cumin and a handful of shredded cabbage to the end product. Turned out great. Really cool idea to turn the eloté into a salad.

    Amazingly simple and refreshing salad! I love anything cilantro and lime.... i grilled my corn on the cob and that did it! It gave it a smoky taste and the addition of fresh cilantro and queso fresco made it pop. Loved it... a keeper for me. (I did skip the jalapeños for the kiddos sake).....

    very yummy, i substituted the olive oil for mayonnaise and used the Trader Joe’s Chili Lime seasoning in place of the lime juice and chili powder and it was delicious

    i did this salad for my lsrtner and I z and it turned out fantastic!!! the only thing I added was a little bit of onion and roasted everything for about 5 minutes just for personal preference, corn was charred on the grill. absolutely fantastic and what I was hoping it would be!
