it was tasty. i didn't have a lime so i used lime essential oil. i would recommend real lime juice.i give it a 4 for no reason other than i must be wowed for a 5. the line issue is on me.

As far as simplicity, this dish was easy to put together. Personally, the flavor was a little overpowered by the cilantro. Would make again without this ingredient though.

Excellent recipe! I did not have fresh jalapeno's so I omitted them, I substituted parmesan cheese for cotija, added a bit of cayenne to spice things up and only did 1 Tbsp of mayo and instead used 1 Tbsp of sour cream to eliminate the strong taste of the mayo I have available. Also, no cilantro or garlic used and I served it warm! Even with these alterations it was excellent!

Used Tanjin seasoning instead of lime and all seasonings except paprika and black pepper. Quick and good.

It was alright, but I don’t think we’d make it again. Out of four people, one kind of liked it.

Have made it several times, and I double it so there is enough for leftovers. A-ma-zing!
