Nice flavors, I made everything up a head of time as suggested, and assembled when I was ready. Nice and crisp, clam juice is a must. I used better than bouillon clam base. Didn't have Mexican hot sauce so used New Orleans hot sauce. Next time I may add chipotle sauce from adobo peppers.Also didn't have jicama, boo hoo, but substituted radishes. I make it a little more saucy, and added cocktail sauce with ketchup. Served with blackberry-orange margarita's. Yum this comes in at 263 calories

Delish but why is there sooo much sodium? Maybe it’s the clam juice and the ketchup, so I would really like to see a substitute
