I adjusted the spices slightly and used a tomato puree instead of salsa and it came out really great, everyone loved it! Will make again as the base for burrito bowls

Perfect dinner for a cold night. Added some red pepper as well, and the family loved it.

Definitely not Mexican and the measurements were all off. Mexican rice is more than just seasoning of various kinds...

Turned out great! Served with garlic green beans / wilted greens mix and both picky husband and 2-year-old loved it! Easy, didn’t take long. Make sure you use a salsa you really like.

want to kick it up a little in flavor and add a little heat? knock out the olive oil for sriracha oil. add green onions too.

Easy and tasty. Going to look for a way to kick it up a notch. Maybe some more salsa.

I used medium heat salsa and I ended up adding almost a tbsp of sugar at the end and I love it.

The idea is solid - but the measurements and directions should be made more accurate. I also added peppers. I would make this again, with a lot more liquid.
