    I wish I’d have made the log shape longer and shorter. The cool time was way off with the way I shaped it..... I was shooting for 160 degrees Fahrenheit and at the allotted cook time I was at 112 degrees. I cut it into 3 pieces and put it back in for 15 minutes longer!
