- 7 grams yeast (Sachet of)
- 3 spring onions

- 3 aubergine

- wine vinegar (A splash of white-)
- 1 handful mint (and parsley)
- 10 oz. yoghurt (Plain, half a big tub)
- 1 tsp. chipotle (Gran Luchito, Paste)
- 1 handful fresh mint
- 15 cms cucumber (Piece of, roughly half of a normal cucumber)
- olive oil (Lug of)

- red cabbage (We sprinkled some pickled, on top to add some colour and tangy flavour.)
