Very flavorful. Recommend making the day before for the flavors to really develop.

the sauce is a bit too much for the amount of pasta so add extra veggies. i need to go grocery shopping so i used a can of corn, can of black beans, half a lime, cherry tomatoes, Ortega (had no salsa) and i added Cayenne and a spice by Blair's called death rain. it's pretty good for such lazy ingredients. would be great with cubed cheese!!

I made this but instead of using onions and cilantro (because I was out) I used 2 jalapeños and red kidney beans and olives the salsa I used was a cantina style so the cilantro was incorporated through this
All in all all it was a great recipe and with additional ingredients it was even better
