Easy to make, full of veggies. At first I thought it was going to be too brothy, but I stuck with the original recipe and it’s perfect! Very tasty .

The blend of spices is a great balance for this hearty soup. As I usually do, I tinkered with the recipe based on what we had at home, but the recipe was a terrific guide especially when it came to building the flavors.
